Shipping Policy

Vicumo gowns are made to order. Please plan your timeline accordingly.

Production Time Standard production is 75–90 days from order confirmation. Rush production (45–60 days) is available on select styles — contact care@vicumo.com before ordering to confirm availability.

Milestone Updates We send three production updates by email: fabric cut confirmation (within 2 weeks of order), construction check-in (approximately week 6), and a pre-shipment quality photo before your gown ships.

Balance Due Before Shipment Approximately 1–2 weeks before your gown is ready to ship, you will receive a balance-due notice for the remaining 50%. Payment is required within 7 days to release your order.

Shipping All orders ship via tracked, signature-required carrier within the United States only. Domestic delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Shipping Cost Complimentary on all US orders.

Damaged Shipments If your gown arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and garment immediately and contact care@vicumo.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will file a carrier claim and work toward a resolution.
