Refund policy

Custom Gown Refund & Return Policy

All gowns sold by Vicumo, operated by JS Custom Threads LLC, are made to order to your submitted measurements. Because production begins within 48 hours of order confirmation, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on completed gowns.

Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 48 hours, materials have been purchased and production scheduled; cancellations cannot be accepted.

Fit & Alterations: Made-to-measure gowns are cut to the measurements you provide. Minor post-delivery alterations are normal with custom bridal. We provide a $150 alteration allowance toward local tailoring — submit your receipt to care@vicumo.com for reimbursement.

Manufacturing Defects: If your gown has a manufacturing defect or deviates significantly from your submitted measurements, contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photographs. We will assess and resolve at no cost to you.

Damaged in Transit: Photograph the packaging and gown immediately upon receipt and contact care@vicumo.com within 48 hours. We will file a carrier claim and work toward resolution.
